What?
Accounting firm PWC, like many major corporations, invests a lot of time and energy in
recruiting new talent fresh out of university. Here they wanted to know how prospective
employees perceive them as a brand, a potential employer and how to stand out vs.
competition.
How?
Through a mix of on-site surveying (via Ipads) and online via social media, we were able to
answer PWC’s key questions and give also them feedback about their specific activities at
student fairs.
Results?
Better student engagement during the event thanks to the study which attracted students
to PWC’s booth. And rich and robust results afterwards that helped the PWC Team
showcase to their colleagues the need to keep investing in such activities.
