BCV – Banque Cantonale Vaudoise


What?

This local bank wanted to find out how different age groups between 11 and 30 years old

perceive banking products and services. BCV chose QuestionMe because of the great access we have to younger audiences – especially 11 to 14 years olds in this case – via social media and our knowledge of designing questionnaires for younger audiences.


How?

Recruitment via Instagram, Facebook and TikTok for a total of 680 participants in a

representative sample. We were able to rapidly recruit participants, including among the

younger ages (with parental consent).


Results?
