Talent acquisition is a competitive arena and Romande Energie wanted to identify ways in
which this medium size company can compete with bigger employers to attract highly
qualified talent.
How?
Via social media we designed and recruited a layered sample of different academic
specialties for a total of 570 participants.
Results?
